They can help you with the initial set up and configuration of your HR systems, undertake a systems health check to determine where efficiencies can be introduced and assist with interfacing to other related systems.
We focus on delivering an implementation which meets the requirements of our customers by undertaking a needs analysis determining the level of activity required, combining input from both ourselves and you the customer. We have the experience of implementing the Jane product suite at over 100 sites in the UK alone and there are a number of key responsibilities for a systems consultant:
- Planning and delivering process based training.
- Continual support through the later stages of the project and on into live processing.
- Continual help desk support to resolve issues which occur in day to day use of the systems.
