Payroll Trainer Vacancy

We are looking for someone to join our fast growing development and consultancy team as a Payroll Trainer.

The role will involve:

• Planning implementation and training programs for clients
• Training in the use of HR and Payroll software on sites across the UK
• Provision of training material
• Support of clients via telephone and internet
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current HR and Payroll legislation

Applicants should be confident and presentable with good communication skills. Experience in the field of payroll or software training or teaching would be advantageous although full training will be given.

An ability to analyse customer requirements, tailor training to their needs, build strong customer relationships and provide friendly, quality support is essential.

The position is based in Swansea but you should be prepared to travel and stay away from home whenever necessary.

A clean driving licence is a necessity.

Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications with bonus payments for site visits.
