Jane Systems provides specialist modules. In particular, we have software to simplify the statistical collections required by the education sector (HESA and SIR).
Our HESA and SIR modules make the production of statistical returns simple. The software cleverly matches data already available in the Personnel module by issuing monitoring analysis codes, leaving the user with only the exceptions to deal with. The windows used to process the exceptions have also been designed to make entry as effortless as possible, which massively reduces the administrative activities required to complete the data returns.
Other HESA and SIR features include the following:
- Browser-based capture forms, enabling individuals or departmental administrators to contribute to the data collection.
- User-configured flooding templates, to enable matching rules to be constructed between your existing personnel configuration and the statistical analysis headings.
- Data import facilities to enable externally held data to be maximized efficiently and effectively.
When completed, the data is checked and verified before the appropriate submission format is created and the statistical return dispatched.
