The Recruitment module assists in the effective recruitment, promotion and planning of the deployment of human resources in an organization, according to budgets, the number of employees, and so on.

The software not only records and monitors day-to-day recruitment and promotion activity, but information on future requirements can also be provided based on related information, such as annual turnover, for example.

Details of all candidates applying for vacant posts are recorded and monitored closely as the application progresses. Running in parallel to this activity is a user-defined progression of events that records the individual status of each applicant, advising them automatically at every stage of the application and recruitment process. In addition, the post, vacancy and candidate information are combined to enable recruiters to manage the interview process, ensuring the appropriate resources are made available and not overbooked.

The Recruitment module also tracks recruiting costs for each requisition and a complementary module, Workflow, automates the approval process for the new position, empowering line managers to make the necessary decisions when required.

You can enter application details and use them to quickly reference the qualifications and skills of each applicant by using an automated vacancy matching system. This can also be used to search current employee records in the Personnel module to optimise internal resources.

The seamless integration of desktop tools enables you to create customized employment offers, as well as sending rejection letters to the remaining applicants. On-line acceptance procedures enable candidates' details to be immediately transferred to the Personnel module, which automatically generates an employee record.
