Accredited Software

The HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) Payroll Standard accreditation logo is awarded to payroll software products or services that satisfy the requirements of the “Payroll Standard”.

These are a demanding series of tests which ensure the results of the statutory calculations of the Jane software are as anticipated by the HMRC.

For many years Jane Systems Ltd had not applied for Accreditation as our existing and new customers had not demanded this of us when deciding which system to implement. Although the Accreditation standard is still not a mandatory requirement when purchasing a Payroll system we thought it would provide both existing and new customers with that added comfort factor.

Subsequently, and following many hours of testing and checking, as of July 2011, Jane Systems Ltd software has been awarded the Accreditation standard by the HMRC Software Developers Support Team.
