Background
Jane Systems Ltd was established in 2000 with the aim of providing modern businesses with an HR software solution using the most advanced technologies. Our directors' experience in implementing systems within mid- to large-size commercial companies and the public sector made us realise: we can do it better.
Combining a strong foundation of commercial application knowledge with extensive technical experience, the company was established within the academic environment of Swansea University.
Our fresh, new and innovative approach was quickly recognised separately by three of the UK's leading suppliers of software solutions and a business relationship was established with each. As a result, our HR and Payroll software is currently running successfully in more than 100 private- and public-sector organisations across the United Kingdom.
This encouraged us to evolve our already functionally rich suite of products to fulfil the requirements of any HR department.
